Cory Edgar is an accomplished trombonist and music education major at Northeastern State University, where he is expected to graduate in spring 2026. He has performed with several of the university's premier ensembles, including the NSU Wind Ensemble as principle trombone, NSU Jazz Band, and NSU Brass Quintet and has played with artists such as Sean Jones, Miguel Zenón, Ulysses Owens Jr., and Jocelyn Gould.

Beyond the university, Cory is a two-time member of the nationally recognized Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps, gaining a high-level experience in competitive marching performance. He is also a three-time member of the Oklahoma Music Educators Association (OKMEA) Intercollegiate Honor Band.
